Pallet shipping is the backbone of US commerce — from manufacturers sending parts to distributors, to small businesses fulfilling B2B orders, to e-commerce sellers shipping bulky merchandise. Easy Peasy USA Logistics handles LTL (less-than-truckload) pallet freight nationwide, single pallets to multi-skid loads.
We work with carriers that specialize in palletized freight, with the right equipment for residential, commercial and dock-to-dock pick-up and delivery. Standard 48x40 GMA pallets, oversize custom skids, stackable loads and fragile palletized cargo — we route each shipment based on density, dimensions and timeline.
As a licensed FMCSA freight broker (USDOT 3990628 · MC 1496963), we shop multiple carriers for each shipment so you get the best route and price. Loading and unloading assistance, liftgate service and white glove delivery available on request.
Common questions
How much does pallet shipping cost?
LTL pallet pricing is calculated by freight class (NMFC code), weight, dimensions, distance, and accessorial services (liftgate, residential, inside delivery). A standard 48x40 pallet at 500 lbs going regional typically runs $150-$400. Send us your details for an exact quote in minutes.
What's the maximum weight per pallet?
Standard pallet shipments handle up to 2,500 lbs per pallet. Heavier pallets are possible but may require liftgate or forklift service at delivery. Pallets over 5,000 lbs are typically routed as flatbed or specialized freight rather than LTL.
Do I need a forklift or liftgate at pick-up/delivery?
If neither location has a loading dock or forklift, we arrange a truck with a liftgate (a hydraulic platform that lifts pallets to ground level). Liftgate service is an add-on charge but ensures successful delivery at residential or curbside locations.
Can I ship a single pallet across the country?
Yes — single-pallet LTL is one of our most common shipments. You only pay for the space and weight your pallet uses, not for a full truck. Transit times for cross-country single pallets typically run 5-8 business days.
How should I prepare my pallet for shipping?
Use a sturdy, intact pallet (no broken boards). Stack and stretch-wrap your freight tightly with shrink wrap or banding. Label each pallet with origin/destination addresses. Photograph the pallet before pick-up so you have a record of its condition.
Do you handle stackable pallets?
Yes — stackable pallets save space and cost. Just let us know at quote time if your pallets can be stacked or must travel non-stacked ("do not stack"). We route based on that requirement.
